What is included in Free?
Free has no expiration date. It includes the available preparation tools and 10 completed Will responses per calendar month, with a daily limit of 5. Create an account to use Will and save work; connect Dropbox for document storage. Editing and exporting your documents do not consume a Will request.
How are Will requests counted?
A completed response is one request, including a question, research response, or draft. Failed requests that return no response are released. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the month at midnight UTC and do not roll over. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
Court-approved waiver access
Submit a court-approved fee-waiver order through the workspace for authorized review. Once verified, all available Milieu tools and the Premium Will allowance are provided at no platform charge. Court costs and other providers’ charges depend on the order and the provider.
What is separate?
Attorney services, court fees, external filing-provider fees, and subscriptions to professional legal databases are not included. Direct court submission inside Milieu Legal is awaiting activation on every plan.
Billing and cancellation
Prices are in USD. Annual prices are charged in one payment. Applicable taxes and the final charge are shown at checkout. Paid memberships renew at the selected interval until canceled. Once billing is active, use Manage subscription in the workspace to review available changes and cancel future renewals.
