Delete your Milieu Legal account
You can request account deletion here without installing the app. Milieu Legal is operated by HOME MILIEU LLC under the Milieunomics Institute name.
From your account
Open your account details, export any work you want to keep, and choose Delete account content. Type DELETE and choose Delete account and cancel billing. This cancels linked Milieu Legal subscriptions, ends account access immediately, and removes your profile and the associated data described below. You do not have to wait for the paid period to expire. No automatic refund is issued; any refund request remains subject to the provider’s terms and applicable law.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in or prefer help, email legal@milieupower.com with the subject “Milieu Legal account deletion request.” Send from your account email where possible. We will verify that you own the account before deleting it. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or case evidence by email.
If billing cancellation cannot be confirmed, your account data is kept and you can retry deletion. A cancellation already completed remains in effect even if deletion needs another attempt. Deleting the app by itself does not delete your account or cancel a subscription.
What is deleted
Your Milieu Legal profile, saved matter records and drafts, platform-held files, uploaded waiver orders, connected-service tokens, and associated workspace records are removed. Download your documents and account export before confirming deletion.
What remains outside Milieu Legal
Documents in Dropbox, recordings in Zoom, court filings, and records held by other providers remain with those providers. Remove those copies with the provider if needed. Your sign-in provider’s account is separate and is not deleted by this request.
Limited retention
Minimal billing, transaction, usage, and provider-receipt records may remain for reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. When requesting deletion, you can ask which records apply to your account and their retention requirements. See our terms and privacy information.
